SPECIAL PERMITS
Special parking permits for business are available under specific circumstances. Below are the available permits along with the criteria needed to apply:
DELIVERY ZONE

Per the Town of Breckenridge Town Council decision on 9/8/26, the following updates are now required for Delivery Zone permits:
WHO: Permit Eligibility allows Delivery Zone permits for businesses holding a valid BOLT license or delivering to a business that holds a valid BOLT license.
ON SALE: 10/13/26
PERMIT USE: Valid for one active vehicle at a time. Multiple vehicles using the same permit constitutes a violation. An additional permit may be purchased if more than one delivery needs to occur at the same time.
TIME LIMITS: Codifies a 30-minute active loading/unloading limit.
PERMIT APPLICATION: Delivery Zone permits must be applied for in the business name, not an individual's name.
To ensure reliable and safe deliveries for those that have a Delivery Zone Permit, Delivery Zones will be strictly enforced. If you do not have a Delivery Zone permit, do not stop, stand, or park in these clearly marked zones. Please use the free 15-minute parking session via the Passport Parking App, ppprk.com, or at a kiosk.
WHERE: Valid in designated delivery zones.
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
LODGING SHUTTLE PERMIT

WHO: Businesses that provide shuttle services.

Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
$5/VEHICLE
WHO: Contractors with construction permits from the Community Development Department.
WHERE: Breck Park approved locations within the core business district. Free outside of the core business district.
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
LATE NIGHT EMPLOYEE PERMIT
$25
WHO: Employees of businesses within the parking district who work between 2AM and 6AM.
WHERE: Valid in any Town owned parking lot or Main Street from 2AM to 6AM.
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
