EMPLOYEE PERMITS
Parking permits are available for employees of a business in the Town of Breckenridge. There are two types of permits available: DISTRICT PERMITS (available to employees of a business within the parking district) and LOTTERY PERMITS (limited availability for employees of a business inside and outside the parking district). Please check with your employee for which permit you qualify.

SOUTH EMPLOYEE
PERMITS

WHO: Employees of businesses within the parking district located south of Washington Street and west of Ridge Street. Must show proof of employment.
WHERE: Valid in the Tiger Dredge Lot (F Lot Employee Area Only), Klack Placer Lot, 400 block of S. French Street only, French Street Lot, Airport Road Lot.
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
NORTH EMPLOYEE
PERMITS
$100
WHO: Employees of businesses within the parking district located north of Washington Street and west of Ridge Street. Must show proof of employment.
WHERE: Valid in the Tiger Dredge Lot (F Lot Employee Area Only), East Sawmill Lot, 100 N. Ridge St, French Street Lot, Airport Road Lot, Wellington Lot (Monday thru Thursday only).
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
EAST EMPLOYEE
PERMITS
$100
WHO: Employees of businesses within the parking district located on Ridge Street or east of Ridge Street. Must show proof of employment.
WHERE: Valid in 100 N. Ridge St, French Street, French Street Lot, Airport Road Lot, Klack Placer Lot.
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
SOUTH GONDOLA EMPLOYEE PERMIT LOTTERY APPLICATION
Only employees who work in the Town of Breckenridge Business District will be eligible for this permit, proof of employment is required upon application.

COURTHOUSE LOT PERMIT

WHERE: Courthouse Lot (105 Lincoln Ave) and North Employee permit locations
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
KLACK PLACER LOT PERMIT

WHERE: Klack Placer Lot (400 S. French), Ice Rink Lot, and Satellite Lot
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.
LOWER EXCHANGE PERMIT
$500
WHERE: Lower Exchange Lot (East Alley, 100 S Ridge St)
Permits will not be accepted if you have outstanding violations in the Town of Breckenridge.

Employee North & Employee South permits are no longer valid on French Street. (ES Permits are valid on the 400 block of S. French)

Please note an employee permit cannot be purchased if the vehicle has outstanding violations. Once outstanding violations have been paid, a permit can be purchased.

The parking district is comprised of Main Street, Ridge Street, French Street, Watson Ave, Wellington Ave, Lincoln Ave, Ski Hill Ave, Washington Ave, Adams Ave, and Jefferson Ave. (Business west of Park Avenue are all out of district).

Lottery permits are available to employees based on whether s/he works in or out of the parking district.

An employee permit entitles the bearer to park on a first come, first serve basis in designated areas. They do NOT permit overnight parking from 2AM - 6AM. Purchaser must show proof of employment when applying. FREE transit and parking is also available to employees.
