LATE NIGHT EMPLOYEE PERMIT

PERMIT RULES & REGULATIONS

This is permit is intended to provide parking flexibility to workers whose shifts end very late or start very early.
- It is not to be used for regular overnight parking.
Must be aware of snow removal signage and operations during the 2 AM - 6 AM parking hours.
Parking locations are first come first serve.
- It is the responsibility of the permit holder to check all permit parking locations for availability.
Vehicles must be moved on a daily basis; this is not valid for overnight parking 2 AM - 6 AM or storage use.
Permits are specific to a license plate number which must be recorded to be valid. Permits are not transferable.
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to check for maintenance signs posted. public works posts signs in lots and on streets 24 hours in advance. Any vehicles in violation of posted signage are subject to towing at owner ' s expense.
Permits will not be renewed if outstanding violations have not been settled Abuse of permit rules and regulations may result in revocation of parking privileges.
Permit expires on 10/31/2024

LATE NIGHT EMPLOYEE PERMIT ES

Este permiso tiene como objetivo brindar flexibilidad de estacionamiento a los trabajadores cuyos turnos terminan muy tarde o comienzan muy temprano.
- No debe usarse para estacionamiento nocturno regular.
Debe estar atento a las señales y operaciones de eliminacion de nieve durante los horarios de estactionamiento de 2AM- 6AM.
Las ubicaciones del estacionamiento se asignan por orden de llegada.
- Es responsabilidad del titular del permiso verificar la disponibilidad de todas las ubicaciones de estacionamiento con permiso.
Los vehículos debe ser movido diariamente; esto no es válido para estacionamiento nocturno de 2 a. m. a 6 a. m. ni para uso de almacenamiento.
Los permisos son específicos al número de placa que haya sido registrado para ser válido. Los permisos no son transferibles.
Es responsabilidad del titular del permiso verificar si hay señales de mantenimiento colocadas. Public Works coloca señalización en lotes y calles con 24 horas de anticipación. Cualquier vehículo que infrinja la señalización publicada estará sujeto a remolque a cargo del propietario.
Los permisos no se renovarán si no se han liquidado las citaciones pendientes.
El abuso de las reglas y regulaciones de permisos puede resultar en la revocación de los privilegios de estacionamiento.
El permiso vence el 31/10/2024
