Parking in Breckenridge this winter is easy and more convenient than ever with a variety of pay and free parking options. Use these tips to find the parking that's right for you:
Please park in an available parking spot BEFORE making payment. All spots are first come, first serve. No refunds will be given for payment made before you have a parking spot. All reservations must be made through RESERVE 'N SKI.
FREE PARKING OPTIONS
FREE PARK & RIDE
The Town offers the Airport Road lot (formerly Satellite lot, 1700 block of Airport Road, 500 spaces) for free, all-day, skier parking. Click here for more information including maps. This lot is serviced by the resort's FREE shuttle buses every 20 minutes from 8 AM to 6 PM and every 15 minutes on the Free Ride Yellow Route bus from 6:26 AM to 11:26 PM with convenient drop-off at the Gondola.
LEAVE THE DRIVING TO US
The town and the Ski Resort have partnered together to provide a FREE public transit system with continual daily access to the base skiing areas. Visit the My Free Ride app for real-time information for the Breckenridge Free Ride transit system. You can also visit www.breckfreeride.com for schedules and routes.
FREE AFTER 3 PM (NOVEMBER - APRIL)
Avoid I-70 traffic: The Tiger Dredge and Wellington lots are FREE after 3 PM from November to April. Traffic leaving Breckenridge on Highway 9 as well as I-70 is heavily congested between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you park in an outlying parking lot like the Airport Road lot (formerly Satellite lot), drive to Town after 3 PM and enjoy free parking.
SKIER DROP-OFF

South Gondola: 15 Min Skier Drop Off Zone located on the east side surface lot of South Gondola.

PEAK 9: Take Village Road to Beaver Run. The west side of Beaver Run (bus turnaround) provides spaces for immediate drop off - driver must stay with vehicle. The east side of Beaver Run provides 15-minute parking spaces.

SOUTH GONDOLA (for PEAK 8): 20-minute drop off parking is located on the East side of the surface lot, enter from Watson Ave. Click here for map.

ICE RINK: The Ice Rink located at 189 Boreas Pass is a great alternative location for Skier Drop-Off / Pick Up. Ski Resort and Town of Breckenridge Free Ride buses make continuous loops from the Ice Rink to Peak 9 and the Gondola throughout the ski day.

Centrally located (access from 400 S. Park Avenue), walk to Peak 9, Riverwalk Center, restaurants & shopping on Main Street.
Reserve in advance with Reserve N Ski is not available at F LOT.
Stables - Walk to Peak 7 or 8
Passport Zone # 1509
Convenient covered parking within walking distance to both Peak 7 and 8.
Stables Lot has a height restriction of 7' 5".

Breckenridge Ski Resort Tow Policy for North Gondola, Peak 9 and Stables lots.
From the hours of 2 AM - 6 AM Breckenridge Ski Resort (BSR) Security solely manages the North Gondola, Peak 9 and Stables lots. Any vehicle parked during the hours of 2 AM - 6 AM without corresponding information will be towed. All vehicles left overnight for any reason must contact BSR Security. To ensure your vehicle is not towed by the resort, please contact BSR SECURITY directly at 970-914-6033.
Breckenridge Ski Resort Tow Policy for South Gondola lot.
From the hours of 2 AM – 6 AM Breckenridge Police Department solely manages South Gondola. Any vehicle parked during the hours of 2 AM – 6 AM without corresponding the Breckenridge PD will be towed. All vehicles left overnight for any reason must contact the Breckenridge PD at 970-668-8600.
