IMPORTANT DELIVERY ZONE PERMIT UPDATE
Per the Town of Breckenridge Town Council decision on 9/8/26, the following are now required for Delivery Zone permits:

On Sale Date: 10/13/26

Permit Eligibility: Allows Delivery Zone permits for businesses holding a valid BOLT license or delivering to a business that holds a valid BOLT license.

Permit Use: Valid for one active vehicle at a time. Multiple vehicles using the same permit constitutes a violation. An additional permit may be purchased if more than one delivery needs to occur at the same time.

Time Limits: Codifies a 30-minute active loading/unloading limit.

Permit Application: Delivery Zone permits must be applied for in the business name, not an individual's name.

To ensure reliable and safe deliveries for those that have a Delivery Zone Permit, Delivery Zones will be strictly enforced. If you do not have a Delivery Zone permit, do not stop, stand, or park in these clearly marked zones. Please use the free 15-minute parking session via the Passport Parking App, ppprk.com, or at a kiosk.
OCTOBER IS LOCALS' APPRECIATION MONTH!
Locals' Appreciation Month for all Town of Breckenridge owned LOTS ONLY will be run October 1 to 31, 2026. On-street parking will remain paid during this time.
Town of Breckenridge owned lots: South Gondola Structure, FLOT, Tiger Dredge, East Sawmill, Wellington, Upper Exchange, Lower Exchange, Outdoor Exchange, Ridge Alley, Courthouse, Tonopah, Barney Ford, Ice Rink (day parking only).
The North Gondola Lot will be free for day parking during October as well.
Please note that privately owned locations may still require payment throughout town. It is the responsibility of the vehicle operator to check the parking kiosk and or mobile parking options to see if payment is required.
No dispute will be accepted for citations on Town of Breckenridge Streets for nonpayment. Please follow all rules and regulations.
The South Gondola Structure, at 80 N. Park Avenue, will be the ONLY lot that will continue its free parking through 11/5.
Please note that other than payment required, all posted signage and regulations still apply in all locations. Example: No overnight parking, no oversized vehicles, etc.
FREE SOUTH GONDOLA PARKING
Summer 2026 parking at the South Gondola Structure will be free from May 1 until October 31!

OVERNIGHT PARKING

Passenger vehicle overnight parking is currently available at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena at 189 Boreas Pass Road, Zone 778.
Please note the following rates and regulations:

​Free Day Use Parking (6 AM - 2 AM).​

​$25/night Monday - Thursday, $40/night Friday - Sunday (2 AM - 6 AM). Prepay available during daytime hours.

14-night max per calendar year.

No camping, no oversized vehicles.
OVERSIZED PARKING INFO: DAY & OVERNIGHT
Oversized vehicle and oversized vehicle overnight parking is available at the Runway Oversize Lot.
Please note the following rates and regulations:

As of January 17th, 2026, reservations are highly recommended and may be required, as space is limited.

Paid parking at all times.

$45 for 24 hours.

14-night maximum, per calendar year.

No camping.

Oversized vehicles may make a discounted reservation or pay on arrival through the Breck Park mobile app by Passport Parking, Zone 777, through January 16, 2026.​
